Apple Cake Pops
These are actually very easy to make. I make the cake pops in advance and keep them in the freezer until I need them. For the apples, I shaped them and dipped them in melted red candy melts. Then I added the eyes while the candy coating was still wet. After the coating dried (which happens quickly), I used a candy writer for the smile and eye expressions. The apple core is made from a pretzel stick and leaf is a sour apple candy that I cut in half!
Monkey Cake
My daughter changed her mind for a cake four times the day before her party, which didn't leave me much time to come up with a monkey cake, but I think it turned out cute.
Leprechaun Cupcakes!
I'm a little late in posting my Leprechaun cupcakes - but here they are! Both my kids were able to make these on their own the next day!
